- For white sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp maida
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp pepper powder
- 1 cheese cube
- For topping
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- as required Diced blend cheese
- As required Processed cheese cubes
Instructions to make Veg lasagna
- For sheets mix all ingredients knead soft dough,make balls and rollin to sheets and dust them inbetween and keep aside for 1,2hours.


- Heat butter add chopped garlic,onion saute for a while,add half cooked veggies, tomato puree and cook for some time then add chilli powder, pepper powder,salt,Italian seasoning tomato ketchup mix well red vegetables sauce is ready.



- For white sauce,heat butter add made fry till nice aroma do not change colour,add milk mix with no lumps cook till thickens add onion powder,salt, pepper mix well and white sauce is ready.

- For assembling take tray/mould apply some butter layer vegetables redsauceon that add lasagna sheet on that spread redvege sauce,white sauce,paneer pieces level it grate some cheese repeat this till full,top with blend cheese and some grate some processed cheese.

- Heat kadai keep stand and lasagna and cook with lid on for 25,30min on medium heat.


- Make it warm cut the pieces and serve
