- 1 cup milk (should be lukewarm)

- 2 tablespoons processed cheese
- For Red Sauce -
- 8-10 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 7-8 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 packet chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- as per taste Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garlic oregano seasoning (optional)
Steps to make Mushroom and corn Lasagna
- Boil lasagna sheets in water, salt and oil according to the instructions provided on the packaging. Drain out and keep aside on a tray in a such way that they do not stick with each other. To avoid the sticking, sprinkle little oil on the sheets.
- Boil and churn tomatoes to form a tomato paste.
- For the red sauce: add olive oil and butter in a non- stick pan. Sprinkle chilli flakes and garlic. Let it cook for about 30 seconds. Then, pour in the tomato paste. Add salt, black pepper powder, oregano and let it cook for about 12-15 minutes on medium to low flame. Your red sauce is ready!
- In a pan, add oil, butter and garlic. Add your favourite veggies. I added mushroom and boiled corn. Sauté it and cook it really well with salt and black pepper. Keep this aside.
- For the white sauce: add butter in a separate pan and add flour and mix. Gradually keep adding milk and stir continuously. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and some cheese. Your white sauce is ready! Add the cooked veggies in this sauce.
Note: Please be careful while adding salt, as the veggies have salt as well. - Layering: grease your dish with butter and add one layer of lasagna sheets. Then pour a generous amount of white sauce and veggies mixture. Add another layer of lasagna sheets and pour the red sauce mixture. Garnish with grated cheese. And repeat as many layers as you like. Your delicious Lasagna is ready!
