- For Red sauce preparation
- 6 tomatoes puree
- 1/2 spoon mix herbs & red Chilli flakes & black pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 4 chopped garlic
- 2 spoon tomato sauce
- as per taste Salt
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Amul butter
- White sauce preparation
- 2 spoon maida (plain flour)
- 2 cup milk
- 2 spoon Amul butter & two spoon oil
- 1/2 spoon red Chilli flakes, black pepper & mix herbs
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- as required For assembling lasagna we need 6 piece of brown bread
Steps to make Veg brown bread lasagna
- For preparation of veggies
Chopped all veggies
- Take oil in pan & butter to it
Then add chopped garlic after garlic is roast then add onions then carrots & Then in last add all three capsicums then corn


- Add all the spices & mix it properly
Do not overcook it & Then remove it in plate

- Now for Red sauce preparation
Take oil in pan add chopped garlic & Then all spices Then add onions


- After onions are translucent add tomato puree and stir it for four to five minutes till if changes its color Then when it is thickened add two spoon tomato sauce, red Chilli powder & salt



- Then stir it & take it in bowl to cool

- Now for white sauce preparation
Take oil & butter add maida & stir it then add milk & continually stir so no lumps are there l


- Now add grated cheese & add all spices & mix it properly & add salt per taste (add less salt in it because we are adding cheese in it & it contains salt)
Take this sauce in bowl to cool

- Now take brown bread & with the help of rolling pin flatten bread then cut the sides of bread & Then cut bread into two pieces



- Now for assembling lasagna
Preheat pan on gas with salt on bottom

- Now take container which is deep inside so we can make proper layers
First put red sauce & spread if evenly on the container
Then spread white sauce
Then assemble bread on it Then addly bread on it Then veggies


- Now put veggies on bread & Then again red sauce Then white sauce Then cheese Then again bread & on bread veggies



- On top add red sauce & Then white sauce & cheese on if


- Now place this vessel in preheat pan on gas for 20 min on low flame & Then open after 10 minutes & your yummy & cheese lasagna without oven & no maida sheet is ready to eat



- Now cut it in four sections & serve it
