  4. mettete la pasta fresca di salame a cuocere senza olio ne sale. fatelo cuocere per almeno 30 minuti a fuoco medio. scolate il grasso liquido che si è formato in eccesso. rimettete sul fuoco aggiungendo 350 grammi di panna per altri 10 minuti.
  5. prendete la polenta fredda che avete raffreddato nella teglia e rovesciatela su un vassoio. ora tagliatela a metá per lungo.
  6. prendete la passata di pomodoro e aggiungete un cucchiaio di olio EVO un pizzico di sale, pepe e origano e stendetela sul fondo della vostra teglia.
  7. disponete delicatamente nella teglia la prima metá di polenta tagliata in orizzontale. sopra di essa mettiamo la metá degli spinaci stendendoli e uniformandoli per avere uno strato liscio. subito sopra stendiamo la metá della pasta di salame sempre in maniera uniforme. aggiungiamo ora la metà della nostra fontina a fette
  8. mettiamo ora l'altra metá della nostra polenta. e ripetiamo lo stesso procedimento visto sopra. spolveriamo tutta la superfice della teglia con il nostro parmigiano grattuggiato che formerá in cottura una saporitissima crosticina.
  9. infornate per 40 minuti a 180 gradi centigradi
