- Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Meanwhile, combine ketchup and remaining rub; stir. Brush meat loaf with ketchup mixture, cover, bake additional 5-7 minutes our until internal temp reaches 160°F.
