Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Lasagna (Easy Recipe):
- 12 Whole grain/ brown bread slices
- For vegetable filling:
- 1/2 cup Sliced onions
- 1/2 cup Chopped zucchini,
- 1 cup Coloured bell pepper
- 10 Chopped mushrooms
- as required carrots Cubes
- 1/2 cup boiled sweetcorn pearls
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- as per tastea Black pepper and salt
- For creamy yellow sauce:
- 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- as per taste Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, Italian herbs
- For Red sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- as required Oregano and basil as per liking
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 cups Grated cheese of choice
- as needed Water
Instructions to make Lasagna (Easy Recipe)
- First, let's make the grilled vegetables. Heat oil in the pan. Add onions and saute till pink.

- Then add all the vegetables and grill them till nice and aromatic and light brown.
- Mix seasonings as per taste. Keep ready.
- Make creamy yellow sauce by heating butter and slow roasting the flour. Then slowly add milk, a pinch of turmeric and whisk till lump free.
- Then heat till it reaches a boil. Then add seasonings and switch off flame. Cool it by whisking well. Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream for extra taste.



- To make red sauce:
Heat olive oil. Saute garlic and onion till aromatic. - Then fry tomatoes and add seasonings. Cook for a minute.
- Then add tomato puree, salt, sugar pepper and cook covered till oil separates on top. Add 1/4 cup cheese, switch off flame and keep ready.


- Preheat oven on grill mode on 200 °c for 10 minutes. Then line a borosilicate baking tray with butter. Spread some red sauce at base.


- Then layer with 4 bread slices arranged on top. Spread white sauce on bread slices.
- Then layer with grilled veggies. Then add red sauce on top.


- Now arrange 2 and layer of bread slices and repeat for another layer or till all the topping are added completely.

- Top with lots of grated cheese. Grill in preheated oven till cheese melts on top.

- Serve immediately as a complete meal and enjoy your Italiano meal!
