- Once you add your last layer of lasagna sheets, cover evenly with two scoops of tomato sauce and cook in the oven for 50 minutes to an hour.
- Remove the lasagna from the oven after about an hour and then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and pecorino cheese on top and put back in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted down.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes. Cut the lasagna into desired serving sizes and serve.
