1. Sift flour, maizena, castor sugar and salt together in bowl
2. Rub margarine in flour mixture with thumbs until it looks like bread crumbs
3. Whisk eggs and vanilla in separate bowl until fluffy
4. Knead eggs and flour mixture together until it forms a ball.
5. Wrap dough and rest in frigde for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray & Cook baking pans
7. Lighty dust surface with flour. Take quarter of dough and roll out between 3-5mm thick
8. Press desired shapes with cookie cutter and place it on baking pan
9. With left over dough after cutting, add some new dough and roll out again. Continue this process until dough is finished
10. Bake cookies for 15 minutes
11. Cool cookies on drying rack
12. Eat them as they are or decorate with royal icing
