Steps to make Lasagna
- Chop brown onions, carrots into small cubic size. Grate the cheddar cheese. Tear down the mushrooms. Chop garlic cloves.
- Prepare Tomato Stock. Dissolve beef stock mix, tomato pasta, Henderson’s relish, dried oregano, pinch of sugar in 450ml boiled water to get tomato Stock. Add generous amount of black pepper into the stock.
- Prepare: Ragù.1 table spoon olive oil in to hot pan, add carrots and onions with generous salt and cook 5 minutes. Add beef minced, cook until it become brown. Add mushrooms into the pan with garlic cloves. Cook and mix 1 minute. Then add the prepared Tomato stock. Cook and mix it for 10 minutes in medium heat.
- Prepare: Béchamel. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Once butter melt, add flour into pan and mix it throughly until a sandy paste forms - called roux. Add the milk and continue mix it with Whisk for 5 minutes until it become smooth. Add half of the cheese with salt and pepper.
- Layer. Add Rogù over oven proof pan bottom. Then top with 3 lasagna sheets. And repeat the process until final layer. Cover final layer with Béchamel, top with remaining cheese. Cook in the oven for 30 mins.

- Take out from oven, cool it for at least 10 mins (or even more). Serve it with your favorite salads
