- 2 small packs of Instant noodles
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbs boiled n shredded chicken (I used left over)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tbs onion chopped
- 2 tbs carrot chopped
- 2 tbs peas
- to taste salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
- sachet Taste maker
- 2 tbs spring onion white part chopped
- 1/2 capsicum chopped
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbs spring onion green part chopped
Steps to make Noodle Soupπππ
- Wash peel and cut all the vegetables


- In a wok heat oil and saute minced garlic for 30 seconds and add onion


- Now add spring onion white part carrot capsicum



- Add green peas chicken and salt



- Saute for 2 minutes now add 3 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes on high flame


- Now add taste maker and crushed black pepper boil for 2 more minutes



- Add vinegar and soya sauce stir it now add noodles and cook for 2 minutes



- Add spring onion and turn off the flame


- Serve hotππ
