  3. 1 pack or 20 lasagna sheets
  4. White sauce
  5. 2 Tablespoon Butter
  6. 2 Tablespoon flour
  7. 3 cups milk
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  9. 1 teaspoon oregano spice
  10. Red sauce
  11. as required Stir fried veggies (mushrooms, corn, broccoli, etc)
  12. 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Steps to make Classic Vegetarian Lasagna

  1. Boil water. Add salt.
    Add the lasagna sheets and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.

    For the white sauce, add butter to a pan. Once butter melts, add flour and keep stiring.
    Add warm milk and keep stirring continuously.
    Add salt, black pepper and oregano spices.
    Keep aside to cool down.

    Place the pasta sheets and now pour 2-3 tablespoon of white sauce.
    Spread some cheese and saute veggies all over.
    Now repeat with the first step again. Finish off with cheese on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven @165 ⁰ C for 8-10 minutes.
    As our lasagna sheets are already cooked, the baking time is reduced and lasagna is baked in very less time.
    Cut in to the lasagna and serve hot.

    This recipe can be made ahead of time for a party or get together as well.
