  4. Cut potatoes in quarters. And put in a saucepan after washing the starch off. Leave them in water.
  5. You need to get a big pot or a casarole dish that also has a lid that fits.
  6. Cut your onion up . Dont worry to much about the sizes' as long as its not to small.
  7. Open up and place the beef and the mushrooms' onions and tin tomatoes in the pot.
  8. Set the oven to 220 . And put kettle on ' when boiled mix the casserole mix with about three quarters of a pint of water in a measuring jug . Stir well then add to your pot.
  9. Give all the ingredients in the pot a good stir and put the lid on and leave to cook for around two hours. You can check and stir if you want.
