- 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese grated

- 1 tablespoon black olives

- First we make the white sauce Take butter in a pan add maida. Cook till it turns pinkesh.Now add milk and keep stirring add grated cheese and stir it well add a pinch of salt and turmeric and let it get thick.Keep it aside to cool



- In a big mixing bowl take chopped tomato, Onion, garlic Coriander, spring onions add olive oil, jalepenos and Salt as per taste Lemon juice and mix it well Add 1 teaspoon tomato Ketchup Mix it well and keep it aside



- To make the Guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork and make it chunky or smooth as you prefer. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Give it a taste test and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed



- Now all you need is to do the plating and baking. Spread the nachos in a baking dish and top it with cheese sauce and some bell peppers, spring onions and jalepeno and sprinkle some grated cheese and mozarella cheese on top and bake it for 5 to 10 mins in an oven. After removing it from oven top it with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
