- 1 Onion Finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsps Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsps lime juice Fresh
- 1/2 tsp pepper Freshly ground

Steps to make Guacamole
- Cut the avocado lengthwise in half remove the seed, scoop out the flesh from the peel (as shown in the picture) with the help of a spoon and put in a bowl.
- Using a fork or spoon mash the avocado.
- Add chopped onions, lime juice, coriander, salt and pepper and mix well.
- You can serve immediately with tortillas, chips, fresh veggies or bread. Tip:If you want to serve the dip later warp and keep in fridge till serving time this will prevent oxidation!
