  23. Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Steps to make Lamb Meatloaf with Roast Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 220℃. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place all Lamb Meatloaf ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix to combine. Form into a loaf and place on the prepared tray.

  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes OR until cooked through and nicely browned. While they are baking in the oven, combine all the Yoghurt Sauce ingredients and serve with the sauce.
  6. *Note: Depending on the quality of meat, lots of liquid might come out from the Meatloaf. If liquid is trapped on top of the Meatloaf and it stops browning, you may wish to remove the liquid.
