- 100 grams cottage/ricotta cheese
- 100 grams parmesan cheese
- 250 grams mozzarella cheese

- 1.5 teaspoon oregano powder
- 1.5 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
- 6 lasagna sheets
- as needed Red pasta/pizza sauce of your choice

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cups water
Instructions to make Spinach-Cheese Stuffed Lasagna Rolls
- Rinse the spinach and basil leaves throughly well and chop them finely
- Melt the butter in a wok and add the garlic
- Sauté until brown and add the spinach leaves
- Cook on Low heat until the leaves soften
- Take off heat and keep aside
- Boil water in a pan and add 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix well until the salt dissolves and reduce heat
- Add the lasagna sheets in batches and cook them until semi soft
- Meanwhile place the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl and mash it roughly
- Add the parmesan and sautéed spinach-garlic mix

- Season with salt to taste, basil leaves,oregano and chilli flakes
- Mix all the ingredients well. Our stuffing is ready
- Add the cooked lasagna sheets in a bowl having a cup of cold water for a few minutes

- Place a cooked sheet carefully on a plate
- Layer a generous amount of stuffing on it and roll the sheet firmly

- Prepare the remaining rolls the same way
- Preheat the oven now to 200 degree celcius
- Add a generous layer of white pasta sauce in a baking dish
- Place the prepared lasagna rolls on it and cover by adding a generous amount of red pasta sauce

- Top with mozzarella cheese

- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes (first 5-7minutes on 200 degree and then 180 degrees celcius)
- Let cool for a while post baking
- Slice and serve. Enjoy while warm!
